The Auto Resale Lot has moved!
The lot moved to the parking lot on the corner of Kuter Blvd. and Davis Ave.
This is the lot where military clothing and the dry cleaners are located.

Why did it move?
The new location was necessitated by a Government of Japan (GOJ) construction project for a new Professional Military Education (PME) center. The old lot is being used as a staging area for the contractors.

Services We Provide

AUTO RESALE LOT
Customers must register at the Kadena Auto Hobby Center prior to placing their vehicle on the Auto Resale Lot . A parking permit is issued to be placed on the windshield of the vehicle. Registration is good for 14 calendar days only. The fee for this service is $10.00 for the 14 days.

VIRTUAL AUTO RESALE LOT
The On-Line Auto Classifieds is located at http://kadenaservices.com/Classifieds. This free service is available to customers who register their vehicle at the Auto Hobby Center.

Towing/Lockout/Jumpstart Service
We tow island-wide! Call 959-1156 for more information.

Sundays • 10 a.m. - 5 p.m
Towing on Sunday is limited or contingent on available personnel.
Towing • $40 per hour.
Lockout • $15 on Kadena • $30 off base

Ordering parts just got easier with the Kadena Auto Hobby Centers Phone-In Auto Parts Ordering Service.  That's right, no more fighting the traffic or trying to find a ride to get auto parts, just pick up the phone and call 959-1156 (have your vehicle registration and credit card ready).  You can also fax us your order request to 634-7069.  Just fax us a copy of your Japanese title, your name, phone number, and parts requested; we will research the price of the parts and the delivery date and call you back for authorization to place the order and what time you can pick up your order.   It's that simple! Individual Instruction/ Automotive Classes
Obtain a basic understanding of your car with our Basic Car Care Class. We have classes in  Brake Repair, Tune-up and C.V. Boot replacement. A class can be customized for any type of automotive repair you are considering such as clutch replacement, water pump replacement etc.. All of our classes are taught by Automotive Technicians certified by the National Institute for Automotive Excellence (ASE). We offer group classes with a minimum of four students to a maximum of eight students. We also offer one-on-one classes and classes for families. All class fees are $30.00. Simply stop by the Kadena Auto Hobby Center Parts Store, located in building 1436, and talk with one of our technicians. NOTE: Customers must have an AF Arts&Crafts equipment card prior to class start date.

Auto Insurance
We offer complete auto insurance services located in the Auto Hobby Compound at the rear of Bldg. 1436. Our agent can handle any of your insurance needs including; American insurance, Japanese Compulsory Insurance (JCI), vehicle deregistration, title transfer, etc. This makes it extremely convenient if you are going to do the do-it-yourself JCI, simply purchase the necessary insurance and check your vehicle before you go to the inspection line. The insurance office is open Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. and from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
