DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally
during absence of the superviosr and/or manager. Coordinates and reviews
with caterer the schedule of function to take place during assigned
shift and assist functional supervisor with daily requirements. Responsible
as the custodian for NCO Club NAF and Appropriated Fund equipment. Prints
food production orders and distributes to appropriate food areas accordingly.
Implements club administrative procedures and operating instructions.
Approves members check when request exceeds established limits and rings
out cashier at the end of assigned shift. Conducts walk-through inspections
with safety monitors and fire inspectors in the absence of the club
manager, acts as club safety monitor and building manager. Conducts
quarterly training briefing to include; safety, anti-robbery, bombthreat,
fire drill, dram shop theory, hazardous material awareness, fire safety
and equipment. Maintains and updates all documentation for training
and briefings. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience in at least three of the following areas: safety,
hazardous material, facility maintenance and equipment maintenance,
fire standards, food handling and storage, customer service and resource
protection. Must have the ability to learn cash handling procedures
and sales operations, and accountability control methods within 60 days
of employment. Any experience working in food operations, club, restaurant,
snack bar, or retail business field. Knowledge of club, restaurant,
or business operations is highly desired. Must be able to work weekends,
shifts, and holidays. Subject to satisfactory completion of a National
Agency Check, with favorable results.
