DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with other recreational staff in the operation of a scuba rental
program and an air filling station. Rents scuba equipment to certified
and authorized customers. Receives returned equipment, and visually
inspects for damage. Fills scuba cylinders, ensuring that set compressed
gas standards are followed. Collects and safeguards fees received from
customers. Prepares cashier reports. Responsible for the overall appearance
of the rental area and air station. Constantly required to be outdoor
and will be exposed to hot and humid weather. Performs other related
duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Practical knowledge and skill in the use and maintenance of scuba equipment
is desirable. Previous cashier experience is reconunended, but not required.
Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs continually.
