Doctor's appointments
Due to the high demand for appointments, we do not offer wellness checks. However, during your vaccination appointment, your pet will receive a complete physical examination. Your pet will be scheduled for a doctor’s appointment if it has a medical problem or illness.

Health certificates and Quarantine Releases
Health certificates are needed to leave Okinawa with your pet. Please make an appointment within 10 days before your flight. Health certificates are only valid for 10 days. In the event that your travel is delayed, a new health certificate can be issued if needed.
 
Quarantine release appointments are mandatory. If your pet is not released from quarantine, the Government of Japan may administer a fine up to 50,000 Yen per animal. Your animal must be present to be examined.
